West Ham legends Tony Cottee and Tony Gale today officially opened Heineken’s North Scoreboard Bar at London Stadium.
A mutual partner of both London Stadium and West Ham United, Heineken’s investment in the Stadium infrastructure further cements their commitment to enhancing the match day experience at the venue.
Situated under the bowl's north scoreboard, the marquee structure is the only in-bowl bar in the Premier League thanks to the Stadium’s unique design, and also incorporates elements of the London Stadium architecture in its appearance, inspired by the venue’s triangular architecture.
“As a partner of London Stadium and West Ham United, our mission was always to ensure that supporters had the best possible bar environment in which we could serve the perfect pint of Heineken,†said Geoff Playle, Regional Sales Director for Heineken UK.
“We wanted to create the type of bar that we would enjoy being at before and after games, enjoying not only Heineken but other brands in our portfolio, such as Amstel and Strongbow Cloudy Apple too, whilst taking in the atmosphere of this iconic stadium.Â
