London Stadium - Venue Hire

The Deck is our incredible outdoor space. Situated inside the stadium bowl and protected by the terrace above, soak in the atmosphere of one of the only fully outdoor spaces in a stadium in London.

With space for up to 1000 guests for parties and 800 guests for conferences, you can entertain en masse with the space and flexibility for any kind of event. Pop-up bars and buffet stations can be set up with a variety of catering options available, from our Barrow Boy Street Food Stalls to a table-service networking lunch with canapes and bubbles.

With the ability to brand the north scoreboard overhead and a variety of AV solutions available via our in-house AV partners, Eclipse, The Deck is our most versatile area with abundant space for special activations and theming.

All our event spaces have access via escalators and 4 main elevators. All entrances are step-free. Our Business Account Managers can work with you to further accommodate specific requirements, such as blue badge parking and specific fire safety requirements and procedures.

Air Conditioning

Throughout the venue, we have advanced temperature control, providing increased comfort for you and your guests, removing excess moisture from the air to reduce humidity on hot days. The installed system also gives us lower utility costs keeping clients and employees happy with their surrounding environment.

All guests can benefit from on-site superfast 5G connectivity via London Stadium’s free Wi-Fi, no matter where they are in the stadium. We’re committed to ensuring you stay connected with the best possible speeds, throughout your event.

Digital Signage

Our event spaces at London Stadium are all recently refurbished. Event organisers have the opportunity to display branded content of the IPTVs throughout their event spaces, such as showreels, presentations and logos.

London Stadium also offers the unique opportunity to place branding on the North Scoreboard, external LED screen as you walk from Stratford Station, and on the tier ribbons around the stadium bowl.
