West Ham United v Swansea City: Supporter Information Guide

West Ham United will finish a busy month of home fixtures on Saturday, with Swansea City the visitors to London Stadium (kickoff 3pm). The fourth home match for the Hammers in September will see a Swansea side yet to lose on road visit London Stadium visit Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Slaven Bilic's men have performed well in home surroundings so far this campaign, beating Huddersfield Town and Bolton Wanderers earlier in the month before hosting a hotly-contested five-goal thriller with city rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

We've got a full match preview, with quotes from Slaven Bilic and West Ham United's team news, here...

With a sellout crowd already confirmed, we'd like to encourage all fans to arrive early for the fixture, and pay attention to the new search regime in place for West Ham United matches.

Bridge Searching:

We have a new search process this season designed to improve security, reduce queuing times at turnstiles and alleviate congestion around the podium level.

The regime will see bag search checkpoints stationed directly adjacent to the bridges leading on to the stadium island, a process has been used throughout London Stadium’s summer of concerts and world athletics and proved particularly successful in helping the flow of spectators to the stadium.

In order to allow easy access and cause minimal delays, it is recommended that supporters arrive at least one hour prior to kick-off and avoid bringing any bags to matches unless absolutely necessary. Large suitcases or luggage are not permitted in the stadium.

All bags will be searched and supporters may also be asked to remove jackets or coats in preparation for search. All approved bags are also subject to additional inspections within the Stadium. There will be an access lane at each checkpoint for supporters with accessibility needs.

These are not ticket check points, allowing supporters without tickets to gain access to the podium and visit the Stadium Store and Ticket Offices.

For ticket collections, please use Bridge Two for the quickest entry to Stadium Island, hospitality guests are best advised to enter over Bridge Three, and away fans should enter over Bridge Four.

Bags and baggage:

We would like to discourage all supporters from bringing bags to West Ham matches unless absolutely necessary. Please note that if you do need to bring a bag with you, please arrive early and allow plenty of time to accommodate a full search before entry. Large items of baggage, and luggage, are not permitted.

Late Entry Turnstiles:

Additionally at London Stadium this season, each entrance section on the podium will have one late turnstile open after kick-off. Any supporters who arrive late for the match are advised to head to the relevant entrance for their seat, where they will be directed to the late-opening turnstile.

Hours of play:

Kickoff between West Ham United and Swansea City is set for 15:00, with London Stadium opening the turnstiles for supporters 90 minutes ahead of the match, at 13:30.

Supporters can take advantage of early access drinks discounts inside London Stadium ahead of this match, with deals available for the first half hour until 14:00.
