Guests attending the IAAF World Athletics Championships here at London Stadium, we'd like to make you aware of the safety measures in place over the next ten days.
Your enjoyment and experience here are paramount to us at London Stadium, and as such we'd like to advise you that there will be an increased search regime in place, so please arrive well in advance of the event starting.Â
Bridges onto stadium island will open 90 minutes before each session, and guests are advised that there will be enhanced personal searches on entry to stadium island. In order to allow easy access, and cause minimal delays, we would like to discourage all guests from bringing bags to the event if possible, and no luggage will be permitted into London Stadium.
Personal cameras will be permitted, as will personal phone chargers, though no more than one per person.
Please note that you may also be asked to remove coats or jackets in the search queue.
